The first step in becoming a client or employee is to enter the SmartBond TestLab.
SmartBond believes relationships and understanding one another is key in working with clients and employees. Thus, SmartBond interviews and tests clients and employees before entering a long-term commitment, to guarantee providing a solution to the client's needs and a job to an employee. We also recommend clients and prospective employees interview and test us before jumping into a relationship with SmartBond.
TestLab for Clients

When clients are in the TestLab, SmartBond will perform a small project or work on the beginning of a larger project for an allotted time frame (i.e. 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the entire project). SmartBond will bill for the time worked during the time the Client is in the TestLab. However, if either the Client or SmartBond does not like the other party and feels they are not the right partner to work with, that party can call off the project.
If either party calls off the relationship, the Client does not have an obligation to pay the outstanding bill. In addition, neither party can use the results of the work completed by SmartBond. |
If you would like to take the SmartBond Test, setup an account in our web-based Project Management system and enter your details. Then create a project in the system and we will evaluate that project to see if you and the project should be put in the SmartBond TestLab.
Setup a Client Account in the PM
TestLab for Employees
When a candidate is put in the TestLab, they are assigned a small project to work on. This will give SmartBond the ability to work with the candidate over a short period to time to evaluate whether he or she has the necessary skills to work with SmartBond. At the end of the TestLab period, both parties need to agree to go forward or go their own separate ways.
If you would like to take the SmartBond Test, setup an account in our web-based Project Management system. When you setup an account in the PM you must enter your personal information and your resume. We will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to walk you through the instructions for the TestLab.
